VTJ - Vacuum heat setter - Product

VTJ is a vacuum system for ironing and stabilization of the upper on last, trough the following treatments:

• Vacuum creation in hermetic chamber
• High pressure steam input, for softening the upper
• Ironing with hot forced air ventilation
• Drying and stabilization in vacuum chamber

These 3 functions are carried out in 3 different treatment chambers. VTJ is available in three different versions: VTJ1000, VTJ2000, VTJ3000. The difference between the three solutions is the number of pairs, produced in 8 hours, respectively 1000, 2000 e 3000.
